A Coaching Perspective : Human Forces

It’s been a while since we worked together or otherwise crossed paths!

I would like to invite you to the new iteration of my newsletter. It will focus on the foundational recurring issues that show up in my coaching practice with Founders, CEOs and other leaders. These are the issues that we know determine the fate of companies: Narrative (the Culture Story, the Vision Story), Connection (empathy, trust, relationships) and Balance (the push and pull of structure and chaos, process and intuition, logic and emotion).

Even in the age of AI, these forces always emerge from the alchemy of people working together to create, make, build something great. They are what we manage when we're managing, and what we direct when we are leading.

Hence the name of the newsletter: “Human Forces”.

We know a great deal about human dynamics, spread across multiple disciplines and traditions. My goal in this newsletter is to surface what works from the diffuse fields of evolution, psychology, myth and mindfulness, merged with my twenty years of operational work in startups. And, of course, my ongoing work in coaching leaders in the challenging journey of building great companies.
